3 PROGRAM SUBDIVISIONS

Program participants receive 5 personalized sessions (45 to 75 minutes/day). Programming is available in both English & French.

Cooperation

Practicing working together is inherent in all levels of education programs.

Confidence

Our practice & methodologies encourage self-confidence to help youth make safe, informed, and inclusive decisions.

Creativity

In addition to sharing an intense movement practice with participants, we also share our creative methodologies which stem from choreology.

Character Building

Programming encourages positive risk-taking, so participants develop a sense of perseverance, focus, and grit. Consequently, these character traits effortlessly translate to other activities and pursuits.

Leadership

Fostering the development of leadership skills is in inherent in both creative and physical tasks and exercises.

BESPOKE PROGRAMMING

We bespoke each program by consulting with schools and community centres about existing leadership, physical activity levels, and arts and culture appreciation. We’re committed to understanding community concerns and issues to better engagement and create a culture of belonging in Canada.  Our programs are designed for K-12 education—albeit tailor-made to the requirements of each school or community. These are extra-curricular school & community programs that are presented both digitally and in-person during class time or after school.
