Summer Intensive – Stratford

This intensive was originally scheduled for Wednesday & Thursday, August 12 & 13. Because of low registration, the course has been rescheduled for Saturday & Sunday, November 14 & 15.
The course schedule has remained the same–only dates have shifted.
What to Bring
- Long-Sleeved Top
- Pants
- Socks
- Runners
- Shorts & T-shirt (some students prefer to wear these under their long clothing)
- Yoga Mat (only Level 2)
- Notebook & Pen (only Level 2)
Final Sharing
The workshop will culminate in an informal sharing where participants will perform alongside SQx course leaders. Students are encouraged to invite friends and family. The sharing will take place during the final hour of the course from 4.45 – 5.45 PM on Sunday, November 15 in Studio 1 at Infinity Dance.
