Summer Intensive – Sidney

After the success of our 3-day programs at Allegro over the past two years, both Jennifer and SQx thought that it was time to move forward to a more in-depth study and practice. Therefore, our program in 2015 is 5 days long. Please contact us if you have any questions preparation for the course.
What to Bring
- Long-Sleeved Top
- Pants
- Socks
- Runners
- Shorts & T-shirt (some students prefer to wear these under their long clothing)
- Yoga Mat (only Level 2 & 3)
- Notebook & Pen (only Level 2 & 3)
Final Sharing
The workshop will culminate in an informal sharing where participants will perform alongside SQx course leaders. Students are encouraged to invite friends and family. The sharing will take place during the final hour of the course from 4.45 – 5.45 PM on Friday, August 28 in Studio 1 at Allegro Performing Arts Centre.
