Summer Intensive – Red Deer

We are continuing with 2 level divisions as planned. This is our first time in Red Deer, so should you have any questions about this course, please contact us. We are only in town for 2 days, so we want to ensure that all participants are prepared for their first classes.
What to Bring
- Long-Sleeved Top
- Pants
- Socks
- Runners
- Shorts & T-shirt (some students prefer to wear these under their long clothing)
- Yoga Mat (only Level 2)
- Notebook & Pen (only Level 2)
Final Sharing
The workshop will culminate in an informal sharing where participants will perform alongside SQx course leaders. Students are encouraged to invite friends and family. The sharing will take place during the final hour of the course from 4.45 – 5.45 PM on Sunday, September 13 in Studio 1 at Strive Dance Academy.
