What to Bring
- Long-Sleeved Top
- Pants
- Socks
- Runners
- Shorts & T-shirt (some students prefer to wear these under their long clothing)
- Yoga Mat (only Level 2)
- Notebook & Pen (only Level 2)
Final Sharing
The workshop will culminate in an informal sharing where participants will perform alongside SQX course leaders. Students are encouraged to invite friends and family. The sharing will take place during the final hour of the course from 4.45 – 5.45 PM on Sunday, June 14 in Studio 1 at Excalibur Theatre Arts Co.
